Code of Conduct
Jr Raiders Girls Lacrosse
It is the utmost responsibility and consideration of the Jr Raiders Girls Lacrosse Program
to ensure that each player has a quality experience in our training program that they will long value.
It is an honor and a privilege to Jr Raiders Lacrosse that you have decided to train with us this year.
In order to ensure the experience is a great one for all, we require that the following
Code of Conduct be observed throughout the course of the season:
· Each participant must agree to attend practices and games. We understand life happens however there must be a consistent, concerted effort in practice attendance to play games.
· Players are expected to bring an attitude of enthusiasm with an open mind and willingness to learn.
· Players are expected to take care of the property and equipment of the following with the utmost care and respect: Jr Raiders, Hillsborough Township, coach and teammate equipment.
· Participants are expected to clean up after themselves - never leaving trash on the field.
· Participants are expected to recycle glass/plastic properly. Jr Raiders is a green organization.
Jr Raiders Lacrosse is an inclusive program.
Ø No player will be shamed, ridiculed, humiliated, ostracized, or spoken to
abusively by any player, coach, parent or spectator for any reason.
Ø The use of foul, disrespectful language is strictly forbidden at Jr Raiders Lacrosse.
Ø Jr Raiders Lacrosse has high quality parent coaches serving as mentors and teachers who use their life experience and coaching experience to help participants grow as players.
Ø Coaches, Directors and Jr Coaches should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
Ø Although close and very fond of the participants, staff should not be treated as peers or friends.
Ø No physical violence or emotional abuse will be tolerated within this program.
Ø No forms of cyberbullying of teammates will be tolerated during this lacrosse season. This includes but is not limited to the following handles: Team App, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Snapchat, What’s App and Twitter.
Ø No intimidation or bullying of teammates within the school system reported to coaches & directors will be tolerated during the lacrosse season.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate dismissal with NO refund of fees.
o I acknowledge that I have read this statement of the Code of Conduct and will abide by the terms and expectations.
o I understand that the nurturing environment in which we thrive as individual players as well as a team will be compromised by breaking the Code of Conduct.
